Mayumi got me two furoshiki cloths from Japan and I finally get to use them! Unfortunately, these aren't the kind that I can give away. Here is one in action, acting as a two-bottle wine carrier:


Introducing our newest family member, the feral Hot Dog!


He doesn't know it yet, but he's going to get fixed and maybe get a little bit of medical attention. He's real cute & loyal. He just sits on our porch listening for our footsteps. He seems to know which door we will be coming out of.
